• How to roll, texture and cut  silver clay.

• How to make a silicone former.

• How to add shape and form to the silver clay using a former.

• How to syringe set a sparkly cubic zirconia gems stone.

• How to add other decorative elements such as stamens.

• How to form a hidden bale.

• How to refine each element as you go along.

• How to construct your flower securely.

• How to torch fire your pendant. 

• How to polish and patina your pendant to highlight detail.

 

This workshop is suitable for beginners and those with some experience.

By the end of this workshop you will have created your own beautiful silver flower pendant.

Tools and Materials Needed

 

• 10g or more Art clay Fine silver

• 5g syringe art clay fine silver with green nozzle

• Roller

• Spacers

• Needle tool

• Tweezers

• Non stick work surface 

• Olive oil/ release agent

• Acrylic block

• Cubic zirconia 

• Shaped cutters of choice for petals , ie, hearts, teardrops etc

• Circle cutters various sizes

• Tiny circle cutters

• Domed former/ marble/ pinging ball

• Shallow textures

• Water brush& water

• Sanding sponges various grits 

• Firing block

• Handheld blow torch or kiln

• Brass bristle brush

• Agate burnisher 

• Liver of sulphur

• Polishing papers

• Pro polishing pads 

• Tumbler/ polishing tool etc
