About the event

Suitable for complete beginners or those with some silver clay experience who would like to further develop their skills, this full-day workshop starts with a walk around the scented gardens to collect some foliage and flowers. You will then head to the Aromadome for a day of creativity – designing and making jewellery with silver clay. You will have the opportunity to create between one and three pieces of jewellery depending how big you choose to work. You will learn how to make moulds of various flowers, leaves and seedpods and create a pendant, charm or drop earrings using the moulds you have made. You will then fire your piece(s), before polishing and applying finishing touches to your jewellery.

Please Note:  there will be an additional fee of £25 on the day to cover materials including 10g silver clay and the moulding compound.  A selection of sterling silver chains and ear-wires will be available to purchase on the day as optional extras.
